There also is an underground meat storage next to the creek that is still there, next to the new cabin.If you wanted to stay in a super modern cabin with pool tables and heart shaped tubs, this wasn't it. 

We have continued to grow in the last 7 years with our Storage business. 

Also add in disposal or storage of items. 

It's basically a garage/storage area, but could be converted into a legal home/livable space.If we were to purchase the property through a conventional loan and convert the 2nd building, is it fair to assume we could then refi at a higher property value?

Has anyone rented out their basement for self-storage?

Make sure you have terms about keeping the property clean and no littering or storage of tenants belongings anywhere other than in their unit.
