They both said they would pay me tommorow and I set a time to come get the rent at that time and one got arrested and the other said she would have it tommorow.

Telling a bank they are getting a 75% and getting say 105% CLTV might get you arrested!

It just says that there was an arrest at the house on that date.

Anyway, we have no fear of being arrested or losing anything based on his ridiculous blackmail claims, only of the inconvenience and hassle he could cause us.

@Carson Wilcox  its cool right up to the point they kick the door in and do thousands of dollars of damage trying to arrest your lovely tenant :)

They raided the place, made some arrests, and that was that.

Folks, if you get arrested 50 times but you have an excuse for all 50 arrrest do you think the guy might possibly be guilty just b/c of the pattern (REVIEWS) What is your answer to this post so all the good folks that got scammed can know???

Here is the response from our broker who assisted in the investigation:  "Dear ParticipantsPlease be advised that I have worked with Criminal Investigators and prosecutors to assist in the arrest and incarceration of Douglas Lee Carter; alias MIKE JONES; who defrauded my foreign national borrowers back in March of 2014.

Put up a fence and a sign that reads... trespassers will arrested xyz... civil code.. xyz; secure all doors and windows and super duper plywood.
