I don't know, but you would 100% want to check in with the existing optometrist, maybe they don't get "walk in" business anyways and do not care and wouldn't mind the like-minded neighbors (I've had mortgage neighbors before, and do not care -- I do mortgages they don't, case in point office mortgages across the country, so I wind up getting business from them), but an ice cream shop is going to be LIVID if you rent the unit next store to a frozen yoghurt shop, since that's a LOT of walk-in business that's now getting split two waysAnd then to make it really fun, here's the question I'll throw back at you.

To me I never notice a difference and pick light scents just to keep my home smelling nice because its an older wood home in the country and sometimes gets a different smell to it that can be a turn off.The guest lost it on me after arriving and said she had asthma and couldn't stand being in the house and wanted a full refund.

Yes you should easily shed a good portion of it but to shed all of it will be a lot harder and needs diet and exercise (not just one)This is evident also by the latest treasury bond sales - other countries are slowing down buying our debt which means rates (especially mortgage rates (will stay higher longer).
