The excavator is supposed to come in the next two weeks to clear and widen the existing driveway to the top of the hill and a site in back for a shed.  

Cash Flow is not the best but have appreciation on the property.

Hopefully, I would increase the value of the property in 1-2 years and be able to refi out of the FHA mortgage.

So accepting and approving multiple applicants is the norm?

It would just need to be a situation where they have great contact with the person doing that managing of the project (I.e. have known the person for years, great reputation, person has experience in flipping etc.).

It’s unnecessary and potentially problematic to add the ex-partner to the title before the sale.

If you have a cooperative Seller, walk through each unit and inspect together.
