Is there a website or app that does a good job summarizing key stats?

I have 3 person brokerage of residential sales. 12 yes experience. Regretfully, I have never applied any systems of contact mgmt w crm/coi etc...

Also have 50 units I own and manage as well as flips, wholesale etc et...

I tried searching for posts on vacation rentals so forgive me if this is redundant...the only thing to pop up was a blog from 5 years ago and vacation rental apps have come a long way since then.  

I will use excel if it is a deal or property in which a software application skews the numbers or you end up fighting the app to get it to accurately present.

I had no idea what I was doing on the app it sort of ended up here.

I’ve been using the new app for a few weeks now and it’s just not getting better for me*Writing a post ends up with everything scrunched together.

And I didn’t take your comment harshly at all 🤓.Are you familiar with any websites or apps I should look into to find owner financed deals?

You can find a local REI group to start attending through this site or the Meetup app. 

I realized my podcast app wasn't enabled for data and once I enabled it, Bigger Pockets came up as the first recommendation. 

I also use the QB mobile app, especially when traveling.
