@Nino AlfanoAgreed with all, I received that same information with the tickets in the mail here in Youngstown a couple months ago..... just a sales pitch with celebrity endorsement.

@Mike Dymski spelled out standard underwriting requirements well here for recourse debt.I had 3 of these and am celebrating with each  payoff.

We like to celebrate and we do so for everything.

There are some communities near Disney that are in Orlando, but the majority are in Kissimmee, Celebration, Davenport, and Clermont.  

We started later, some of the hotels never bothered to open, restaurants have been a little slower, our July 4th celebration didn't appear to have half the usual people and none of the vendors, etc.

Now I feel like I know a celebrity.

The celebrity I think bought legitimacy, completely undeserved as it turns out, and I was taken in by the allure of passive income via real estate investing.

Thanks unless your net worth is $100M or you are a celebrity, why do you need to keep your entity hidden.
