People can adapt and sleep most anywhere in a house.  

They will also not be as quick to change or adapt when market conditions dictate.

And both of those rules need to be adapted for your specific market and strategy.

People who look to capture their targets using mobile app content will fair far better than those who don't adapt.

Because of this we have adapted, we are going where the profits are by finding smaller properties in areas and then targeting these same areas for more purchases.

But my lender was pretty excellent about adapting)  And while I might be able to get into a smaller property with my cash on hand, I would really like to use leverage to maximize the reach of my money.Perhaps I'll just have to be patient and wait for the W2 master to kick in again... of course, once I'm working, I won't have as much time to focus on RE!  

Perhaps neither your agent or the owner/agent is aware that you have a right to protect your interests under any agreement, and as such, you can and should adapt the language that meets your desired outcome.

Tell him that is simply not the way you do business.Let him adapt.
