Hello all,I apologize for starting yet another thread looking for a wholesale contract, but I have a few questions that I felt warranted a new thread.

I have three PMs and each of them manage multiple rehabs at any given time (as many as 10 sometimes), and with that kind of volume, a commission would have to be so low as to be irrelevant or they would be making much more than the position would warrant.

Get just enough info to make a relationship and decide if it warrants further investigation.

We just need to figure out what CAP rate it is going to be sufficient to warrant enough interest to sell 4-5 of them.
