I would suggest establishing teams in both markets and evaluating which one generates leads that align with your investment criteria.

I think that your assessment is very helpful and it is true that I am trying to offset costs and cut my commute.I have also had reservations about a flip/brrr because of the difficulty of finding a builder for my team.

Make sure the property will pass a Section 8 inspection without too much trouble, as these inspections can be quite thorough.Realtors, Inspectors & Contractors: You want a team that knows the Section 8 process well.
