Something that may seem minor, until the city/town starts fining your property for not removing the snow off a sidewalk or heaven forbid, the tenant of the property slips and falls and then sues the property owner.

Right after they moved HOA started the project to redo all hallways (it is Florida so all outside) and sidewalks with the new cement. 7pm last night they allowed people to leave units and my tenant went with his wife who is in wheelchair outside.

People walk across to the other side of the sidewalk when they see me walking my mixed breed dog that has never caused any issue but probably wouldn't do the same for little yappy dogs even though they're probably nowhere near as well trained as my pup.

Never heard of such a thing, you own the property, the sidewalk is an easement, the city or HOA usually owns the sidewalk.
