It's not the end of the world, necessarily, but many people feel that if they can't absolutely maximize each dollar in the most efficient manner, then somehow, they have failed.And in this day and age, the internet allows the entire world to criticize every decision they've made if they decide to share it for some reason.

I am not looking to change your opinion of Ohio Cashflow but would like the opportunity to stress our business practices.Your previous posts have been taken on board like I do with all criticism.

I know this is a unique issue to the note and the individual, so I'll add a few details and see if there are any suggestions as to where I should go from here.To begin, I'm a note rookie, and I accept all the critical feedback that comes with it  : )   I now know that I was under capitalized when pursuing this note.  

so it would not be surprising if locksmiths are critical of them.I am sure someone will criticize my thoughts on this but I am cool with that and may learn something by listening.

@Fantasia BowserYou have been given the proper answer, but on a side note, as it appears you may not be entirely familiar with basic contract law, you may be lacking some critical knowledge in other investing areas too so it would be wise to consider partnering on your first 5 or 6 deals with an active local investor so you can learn how to properly enter and exit a transaction without causing yourself potentially serious ramifications.
