Some people love living in apartment complexes because of the amenities, it's frequent for SFRs nearby (if both are in good locations) to function in harmony because a steady stream of people will be looking to . . . get a yard for their (oversized, non-apartment-friendly) dog, get rid of the noisy upstairs neighbor, get a little more privacy, "move up" a bit, etc.  

@Paul Smythe The first thing that came to mind is adding a fence between the two areas so each tenant will have their own backyard space, a tall one for privacy or a shot one to limit racehorses space.

We open the account in the name of the trust, for privacy purposes. 

We also can't usually legally share confidential information about an applicant outside our organization - it can be a violation of federal privacy laws.
