Certainly, if the information you're looking for - such as frontage, depth, acreage, etc - is included on the listing site or mentioned in the property's description, the tool should be able to extract it.

So I have a friend who has taken some serious steps to develop a subdivision: 100+ home sites and a few commercial properties on about 50 acres.

It would feed out to all the other sites that prospective tenants will be using but you should get enough traffic from just using Zillow Group and maybe FB Marketplace.I tell all my clients that it's not worth it in the current market to bother with the MLS.
