I have put on the plastic ant traps but these don't seem to be working.

The house is brick and stucco and lead is only on wooden trims- porch column, patio roof siding, soffits, and fascias.Is there an alternative strategy to give this home a face-lift without spending tremendous amount of money on the exterior?

You also might offer them $200 to do the repairs while they’re still in the space, maybe move any furniture out of that area too and cover other stuff in plastic.

@Christopher Cills Depending on your property, the preformed plastic laminate tops at box stores are a good value.

I replaced a fence and concrete patio out back but that was additional work I subbed out through laborer types. 

What are these Plastic panels called that go over the lights ?
