Sounds like you are really getting some momentum!  

Starting out you need the leverage, you need to get someshere, $60k (one and done) no good, not enough diversity to keep your momentum on track  - need to dig deep and need to take the plunge -The first one was the toughest one for me, then I figured out the rest of the marketplace and dynamic, now this is muscle memory and I enjoy replicating the success over and over again, not only for self but for many others.

We may head towards trying to get relevant guest speakers if momentum continues to build but right now it's pretty informal.

I really feel like the mindset that it brings can help you gain some momentum.

I will get technical later once I have more options and momentum. 2.

Success in one definition of it breeds momentum for success in others. 

This is my very first post, so I hope this generates some momentum on my end to begin becoming active on here.

After the first couple, it picked up momentum and got easier and easier.  

That sort of financing seems very flexible and something that could work for me as I'm looking to keep the momentum going once I get into my first investment property.
