I like it because it is a more modern and hip version of the bland beige.

Unlike a car or a box of bubble gum, housing provides a human need in our society.

So I build historic exteriors with all the details but interiors with the things modern builders want.I have flipped a lot of homes as well and when you buy a property to flip you never know what you are going to uncover or run into as far as issues.

And society has been evolved to avoid the necessity of it.  

We only get one life and the whole idea of making it your own has been so far suppressed in society, people don't even know it's possible.

It's very neat and clean and looks very modern from inside.

I thank god every day that I live in a free society that allows me to protect myself and family as I see necessary. 

What inspires me the most is the promise of leaving the normal rat race of today's society.

I'd also like to develop some modern (midcenturyesque) homes.Simple enough right?

. : $(15k-20k) ~I see a lot of delta here between a potential final asking price and a total project cost.All in all, I think that there is a market for this type of modern, "environmentally friendly" type of home, and I've seen news-stories on successful storage container homes that were built in Denver.Should I believe all of the hype, or am I drinking too much kool-aid?
