I live in San Jose, CA and I'm a business manager at a global design and manufacturing company in Silicon Valley.I became an accidental investor, after renting out my primary house (in Austin, TX) while I went back to school to get my MBA in 2011.  

I am currently an MBA student at Wharton, living in Philly.

B) Expanding via the residential properties...max out 10 loans then kick in the snowball effect of paying them off.C) Searching for a good partner(s) to buy an apartment building since I have little commercial experience.My goal is to build the most cash flow w/some hope of appreciation.FYI, I Ultimately want to get my MBA in Real Estate and move into apartment buildings or other large projects (major passion for real estate).

I tend to latch on to ideas then work feverishly to become the consummate subject mater expert in each field, I have learned a little of real estate and now want to really dive in.I am educated in business finance, with an MBA, I have worked as a Financial Analyst  for that past 6 years for a large defense contractor. 

Oh... did I mention he has an MBA?

I'm also in graduate school studying to obtain an MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources, eyeing a spring 2016 graduation.

My professional background is in healthcare/pharma and I'm currently working on my MBA. 

I am suppose to go to a 4year college then apply to a MBA correct?

I am studying Community and Regional Planning with aspirations of getting my Masters in Planning as well as my MBA in Real Estate (it is a dual program here).
