In general, Cleveland is an excellent market to purchase rentals. 

Granted, the real estate investing market was better in 2016 than it is now.Best of luck to you with whatever decision you make.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

We also have a huge LTR market. 

It might be more a matter of fine-tuning your listing than just a shift in the overall market.

From my experience, this is a very seasonal market.

We purchased it off market, as-is, and as it was our personal home, we renovated over time.

I would just be careful hopping back in now as interest rates and low inventory are making it very difficult if you aren't finding your own off-market options to buy.
