As the graphic notes there was a period when house prices fell because manufacturing techniques improved enough to drive down prices independent of what land values might have been doing.I wonder how much of the recent noise in house prices relates to better information flow given the Internet.

I have interest in PEX too, but I just have a couple of questions:In product manuals the manufacturers suggest you don't use pex where you will apply termite poison.
