My parents bought many SFRs in 70s and 80s and with mortgage rates at 18-19% but always made money as rents greatly exceeded mortgage payments, because home prices matched incomes for 200 years prior to 1994, then FED started money printing x 30 years until now.

I am looking to purchase this investment duplex property which was built prior to 1940.

Well future ref for those of us who have NEVER had to reside with pests before, prior to this messi wouldn't have known what to look for, and when the people who live around you, and have lived here prior to my moving ng in.

But in terms of a new home builder wanting to buy 109 acres in that location - I just don't see that being very likely (IMHO). 

I also am Located in Western Washington in the Pacific Northwest.

Of course this can be different depending on where the property is located but if you can meet these requirements, then it would be considered a bedroom.Notice that closet isn't listed like I had pointed out in my first post.

Most of my locations are in areas that a store maybe 10 minutes away.
