These seller/operators were skillful, caring, and honest and the entire process was lighter and easier because of it -- for BOTH parties!

As expected, I did not perform great on the baseball field, so I decided to take a healthy redshirt (which is essentially sitting out of the season while still remaining with the team and practicing/lifting weights).

It sounds like the first one came off and because they didn't say anything, the weight of the door is now causing problems with the second one.

This home had original 1950 kitchen and bath - in acknowledgement of our updates, value was adjusted a whopping $3,000 to 98K.The report goes on to say that most weight is given to comp #4 as it is most recent at 60 days.

Also, the oven and cook top are from 1953 and require lighting with an outside source (lighter or match) I would like to replace them, but the wall oven is only 22 inches wide and the smallest one I can find is 24 inches...

All of my current properties are heavily weighted towards the one bedrooms and I like it that way.
