Keep that fire burning @Tony Benacquista !!!

Welcome to the site Justin,Healthcare is a tough field and burn out rates are all time high.

I remember rehabbing my first "Burn Out" It was a 3 year old 4,400 sqft home that a homeowner tried to burn down due to a dispute with the builder.

Keep in mind we do not close until the end of March so they are burning through this as we speak.

I buy properties with foundation problems, burned out houses, and 'crime' neighborhoods according to some people.

Hopefully Scott's book will turn the light bulb on a keep it burning for the next 50 years.

I'm still a newb so I don't want to get burned on my first deal.

I have always had an entrepreneurial streak and had a serious crash and burn with a brick and mortar manufacturing business.  

Thanks for the tip - I've used the feature before but apparently when you back space to change the name it breaks the Java Script(or whatever technique is used) behind it and doesn't look up anymore in Firefox on Mac until you delete the @ sign all together and type it over! 

I started out very "Friendly" like and I have NEVER been burned more in my life.
