In my personal opinion, MF is so competitive and I have be focusing solely in hotels so I feel it is a strong asset class.  

Credit.That's not to say that an investor HAS to be experienced and credit scores can be as low as 500... but the more experience and the better the credit the better terms as far as cash down and the overall cost of the loan.The absolute minimum cash down that you will find in the industry is 7.5%...

@Marty BoardmanThat statistic is so misleading because you were not allowed to foreclose the prior year in many locations.That would be like lowering the drinking age to 18 and saying teenage drinking is up 80%.Foreclosures are at all time lows and will continue to trend up.
