Must have had central heat and Air though cant get section 8 in Mississippi without central heat and air. but in talking to the PM who showed me around it was like tenant moves out we just take a high pressure hose to the inside and wash it all out  !!!

you should lay down 3 mil plastic so you can roll it up and dispose of if not rack it off the carpet into a bag or can.I have used a hudson sprayer if I could not use a garden hose connected to hot water,and the best tool is a flexible 4 to 6 " putty knife and you should wait a few minutes for water to soak in,check it and it should come off very easy !

If they call the mortgage due, then you and the seller have until the foreclosure date to pay the entire mortgage, or you're both hosed.
