The post office optically scans the human-readable address and then prints the bar code on the envelope; if it "knows" there is no Unit 11 or 12, it will kick back the mail to be returned to sender, rather than printing the bar code and sending it on to be delivered.There may be a way to get them to officially add the "extra" units to your property's address, but I have had limited success doing anything online with USPS. 

Not sure whats up with the title on this thread but I'm a real human being and sure as heck do not run a Pyramid scheme.

I was able to buy 12 boxes of 6x6 terra cotta tile at the local Habitat for Humanity Restore (with 2 big buckets of tile adhesive) for $125.

Why not try and replace yourself with a capable human being in that line of your work since it seems to be such a huge time suck and focus your time on something where you provide equal or more value that someone else can not provide or may not have the skill set to.

sounds like your pretty green... based on your question and expectations.I have owned multiple brokerges and brokers/agents are all humans.. they all have strengths and weakness.Or your perceptions of those.. 

I've been analyzing tools to do some of this automated work, email, follow up, cleaning schedules, but there are times as you mentioned when human intervention is a must. 

The possibilities are really only limited to the bounds of human ingenuity.I really don't know how it all works.
