@Andrew Johnson  this show was much more common pre 08... then the out of state rental business kind of cleaned up its act.. flushing out the slick markers who just wanted to make a bunch of dough and could care less about the after math.. and it also flushed out the providers like this company who if all these posts and articles can be taken at face value have taken in money from investors based on sales and marketing promises and simply not delivered either through gross incompetence or greed or both..

You're absolutely right that this could potentially be a bad situation for Account Closed  going forward, but I think it would be jumping the gun to automatically assume that 1) the guy is definitely a dealer and 2) that the aggression would be occurring no matter who lived there.Getting the cops more involved may flush out the truth about the dealing- and also might solve the problem right there... when he goes off to jail!

If you are flushed with cash, have experience in being able to eyeball issues with homes just by doing a walkthrough yourself, and are local to the market then using Roofstock isnt the best way to go.
