It has worked out well for me and I like not having to pay taxes on the gains which helps me increase the amount I'm able to lend next time if needed.

I use it quite often as well as other cryptocurrencies and they're gaining popularity.

A good deal is a good deal, however with that said you also have to resell the property so you have to be in a place where people have money, access to credit, and want to live.
