food all free was off the charts good.people have all sorts of amenities who work there you would never have to buy food at least during the week breakfast lunch dinner snacks.. its also like a nice resort and spa... what a place.

You should provide the shouse full-furnished and offer services like cleaning and utilities, and there is more bureaucracy and safety standards.

Notes done right do not have expenses in 20 years you will need to replace all major systems in that rental to have any value.just food for thought..
