This is something I call "The fat cat syndrome".

Pigs get fat, Hogs get Slaughtered"  - This is true over and over again, so when you meet a Hog, don't worry, his or her day of reckoning will come.  

I've accumulated some "back burner" properties that need something and need some kind of work, but I thought they were too good of a bargain to pass up. 

I was trying to when I fat fingered it and hit post. :-)But in AZ there seems to be additional effort or cost associated with signing a warranty deed vs a quitclaim deed.

I have a 25 ft fat Max one in every vehicle I own.

Super duper big fat NO.

Then who knows maybe they call you in  a rough headache filled month when a few expensive repairs or vacancies have them thinking about the merits of being a note holder getting a fat check every month and no problems....Best of luck!

My dad works in construction, so I had my dad build a wall enclosing that part of the house, along with more of a wet bar and like a counter top burner.

But I have a big fat deductible because I asked for a big fat deductible.
