I think the big question is how badly do you want to keep the extra $50k liquid?

My suggestions:* Requiring code compliance and safety equipment is absolutely valid and should be part of the regulations* Requiring owners live within 15 miles is not necessary since poor hosts whether they're local or distant will violate the 3-5 warning system and earn a suspension.

Hey Bryant, that’s so funny I have lived in College Station for the past two years but just recently moved back home after graduation.

I live in Sacramento, and have noticed that people are offering either equal or above asking price even for homes that sometimes need 80-100k in repairs and I can't see how they would even make a profit doing that.

You will enjoy the serenity of rural living, complete with a large cleared backyard perfect for homesteading, gardening, or recreation.

I am gonna live in this multifamily, thus I think I am qualified as owner occupying.
