I don't know many everyday people that can get all the required inspections done, arrange for the mortgage and close, within 21 days in the real world.Doing it within 21 days is near impossible.

Look at one more staggering number is that every day in the good old USA we have 1 million people facing foreclosure!

You know I was thinking about this just earlier today...Here in the Dayton market there are a lot of distressed sales that happen every day (there is a lot of foreclosure activity).

Basic argument here is that we know how to harness the power of hydrogen, but it's just not cost-efficient / safe enough yet for everyday use (imagine a car collision when one car is full of hydrogen gas!)
