That's where I've been gravitating and it's approachable, achievable, and allows the average, Mom & Pop investor to enjoy the fruits of their labor with minimal headache. 

I mean, if you’re like me and don't like to drink, drive, fly, eggs, enjoy reading by flickering candlelight, and prefer living in a tent in your buddy’s backyard (I actually did this in college) then you are good to go.

Many listing agents do not enjoy working with investors who call them directly since investors.... want to undercut the market!

If you are like so many empty nesters who would like to enjoy a vacation home which can double as an investment property (perhaps somewhere warm) there are plenty of Floridians here who can help! 

I do really enjoy helping people to achieve the dream of home-ownership or seeing the relief of getting a property sold for someone who needs to move on.One thing to keep in mind...

For myself, I think my ultimate goal is to have an alternate cash flow to offset my dependence on a day job, which would allow me to choose a job I enjoy rather than have to find a job based on salary and ultimately allow me to travel with family more and enjoy life rather than stress about money.Thanks in advance and hope to connect and gain wisdom!

I do know that being an MLO is also hard work, but I genuinely believe that I will enjoy this job without having to compromise the income that I am currently getting (granted that I do work hard and get clients).If you are an MLO, please share your insights on this.

My suggestion, is you visit all these potential locations with your family, and see which area calls to you, which areas you can see yourself enjoying, and allow the STR/MTR strategy take the second seat to your enjoyment and lifestyle vision for you and your family.
