Went to Tax Lien Lady website, and much like National Tax Lien Association, these are high-priced educational platforms requiring large financial investments in order to obtain any information (in the $1000's of dollars).I did find another Guru Ted Thomas.

Typically when financed housing (non-commercial residential RE) is the most expensive in inflation adjusted dollars for ~40 years, that is not an ideal time to buy a rent ready property off the MLS.

Want to move to a really great Debt/Equity position.Paying off debt goes against both REI strategy of leveraging debt and also inflation, paying off with cheaper dollars and having hard assets to ride the increase in value due to inflation.
