I sold investments to a few doctors and dentists.

Upkeep of the homes on the street, and one block each way on the street.How burred inside a byzantinian tract of roads is it from the main road.Is there freeway or jet or railroad noise.Do the driveways have good cement in the area, or is it all fractured.Does the neighborhood look like a forest or can you see the houses from the road clearly. 

Everything should be based on firm milestones, like demo, passed rough in, cement board hung and waterproofed, tile complete, etc.

It looks like yours was an exterior wall where the brick stops and the cement block starts.                     

A small office, retail strip center, or stand-alone space (restaurant, convenient store, doctor/dentist office).

That stuff is HARD and has a high cement content.

If its dark tile and light grout use epoxy grout which doesnt stain like cement based grouts do.Always seal your cementeous grouts.
