It worked out and is all paid off now, but Thanksgiving dinner tasted a little different for me while it was outstanding.

Odours from one unit are transferred to the others ... if your neighbour has kippers or curry for dinner, so do you ;)  Common ductwork also provides a path for fire between the units.  

I sometimes just go to lunch or after dinner and talk to people and hand out cards.

We had dinner once and followed up by couple phone calls.
