Looking to start + scale a corporate housing brand in under utilized, high traffic, tourist destination are there any interested parties looking to invest?

Are we destined for a major economic blow in the near future?

Because what is a good deal for you could be a bad deal for them and vice versa... spend time to think about "why" your doing something and then the "How" will come after you know your destination.. many people (myself included) just jump in and figure it out as you go.. the problem is thats like jumping in the deep end of the water and then deciding you will learn to swim..

Arizona is #4 in the country for job growth, #4 in the country for population growth, #2 retirement destination in the US with 10,000 baby boomers per day turning 65 and retiring, and has Californians coming by the truckload gladly paying the $270k median home price because it's twice that where they're coming from. 

And I'm not getting out of the car, except at my destination.

The city of Destin, FL recently passed some new regulations including limits on occupancy & the number of cars allowed at each STR.

I am near the airport, cruise port, and beaches.

I am currently in San Francisco, and that is the destination I'd want to move to. 

I'm in Fort Walton/Destin, FL.Another tidbit :-), unlike long term rentals, vacation rentals are not really "passive income", especially if you decide to self-manage.

(Disclaimer: I worked for them a few years back)There are a bunch of new student housing buildings going up already in Davie and Cooper City along University Avenue to support University of Florida and the entire Nova campus, but I believe there is still opportunity due to the popularity of our destination as well as for people moving to take jobs at the new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel.
