To give you some perspective, I’ve interviewed or worked with over 50 lenders the past couple years and he’s only 1 of 2 total I recommend.  

I use a couple of different companies for investment properties. 

I've been using that strategy in Sacramento for the past couple of years.

We will get a couple bookings in till the end of the year and then plan on renting it MTR.

@Robert Wentland,I would also start attending local REI meetings if you aren't already. 

Couple that with tacking on 20-30k worth of fees on a 100k property and you have a recipe for no deal. 

I recently invested a couple of thousand with them.

This is a messy situation for the ex- couple.

But, if she were to transition to a job in the RE sector, she would develop a skillset that would enable her to take this much further and in her own direction.I have a couple reasons for posting this topic: the main one is that I think this is a good topic for discussion in the BP forums.
