Hey Jephte,Most DSCR lenders are going to have significantly less seasoning requirements, usually around 6 months, and honestly, you might be surprised at how competitive the rates would be.I know of a program that can refinance at 90 days seasoning with rates in the 6s right now, just sent a DM and would love to see if we can help.Good luck!

Views are 4X and conversion is double over my 2/1. 2- and 3- bedrooms are the squishy middle with tons of competition, but when the potential guest needs to sleep a large group the pool shrinks dramatically.

In our market that's solid base hit given the higher rates and lack of supply. 98% of the houses I see negative cash-flow without creative opportunities (MTR, STR, rent-by-room) or BRRRR.
