All apartments are currently leased and in the neighboring area (within 2 miles) they are about to start construction on the first non-indian owned casino here in upstate NY.

I do not want to take cash out of the properties, just want to free 'more Fannie-Mae Slot', hence it seams silly to pay full closing cost for just 'removing a name'Has anyone been in that situation?

This would also maximize your mortgage slot because you would have 3 units in one mortgage not one and this is using FHA so its even better from that perspective. 

Hi All,As I have been expanding my portfolio in different markets, I am have been evaluating different financing options (especially as I cycle through all my and my wife's personal mortgage slots as well as buying all cash).In one of my main markets, I have developed a strong relationship with one of the regional banks there.  

There are other stable industries there though including a major university and college, regional hospital, casino and shipping.

Right now I have 2 open slots, possibly 3keywords: delco, delaware county, philly, philadelphia, Montgomery county

Large venues like concerts, conventions, theme parks, casinos, weddings, etc. will all be hit for the rest of 2020.

With a casino, hotels, shopping, dinning, amusement, etc...I think it is a great long term play.

I was scheduling everyone with their own time slots.
