Those of us who have been around can spot it from a mile away, unfortunately newbies cannot. 

If they are near each other and in one spot, it *probably* would be possible to build around them.

I decided fine, I was just going to wallow for the next couple weeks, aided by fact everything was people running around in total panic and freaking out as well, every way a person turned it was nothing but doom and gloom, as if I needed to jsut pick out a nice spot, dig my plot and lay down for final life retirement.

Usually, "family" is considered the first tier, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, your spouse, grandparents, all being in a direct linage, blood or marriage, your great uncle by marriage isn't in this group. 

Some sites have data on specific locations because they are STR hot spots.

If you are patient, there are some high quality companies both in Memphis and other cities, and this company you're talking to may be one of them, that have reputations for being spot on with their data and operations.

. - Downtown location, near restaurants and a 3 min walk to train station- Only 2 off street parking spots, street is permit parking only but there is free parking down the street- Units have just been completely renovated- The city does not have any ordinances against short term rentalsThe biggest hurdles for me are: we're about to go into a slump/down season; potential parking issues; and if one of the other units were rented long term - dealing with the hassles related to that.
