Shelter is still rising, each and every month, faster than ever before.

It would be at least $1300 a month more than renting, likely more because of repairs and maintenance. 

So while this does not give me immediate access, I can have the money back in checking to cover a bill in 2 business days or less, which I have yet to have any unforeseen expense that needs paid faster than that.

Celina, Prosper etc.Which suburb holds the most potential for faster growth (in 5 to 10 years)?

There is always insurance out there....it just may be at a price that's drastically more expensive than you think you should be paying.

We just keep getting beat out by cash offers so I was trying to find a way to essentially compete with cash buyers so it looks the same on sellers end.
