These designations are typically used to get a leg up in the employment world but also serve as an excellent source of education. 

Why would you want to pay Peter Sinwar $15,000.00 only to have him make 50% off the deals you can source and get funded without him.

LLC optional and if it ever came down to the LLC being your last source of protection it's very possible that wouldn't hold up.
