If you’re buying them for less than $500 it may be a decent deal but you’ve got an abundance of vacant homes and vacant lots so doubtful you’d see the demand even at $1000-2000... plus the fees associated with closing etc... it may be a decent longer term play but not a get rich flipping lots overnight.

Something that I implemented that has also been helpful is the "profit first" method, or the  "rich dad, poor dad" method of paying yourself first.
