If you’re optimistic I could see saying something like having a good strong market for the next couple years with maybe a small blip, but to go out further is just absurd.I do think millennials will start buying more houses in the next 5 years or so and that will keep a strong demand for housing

If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.
