I talk to plenty of millennials who already have 5+ properties, pretty impressive and will be retiring a lot earlier than most.

I really like what is happening in most big cities were certain areas of the inner urban core is being revitilized from Ghetto status to millennial filled up and coming neighborhoods.....

When the millennials have to start paying back student loans in Aug/Sept, that is also going to hurt travel.   

If you’re optimistic I could see saying something like having a good strong market for the next couple years with maybe a small blip, but to go out further is just absurd.I do think millennials will start buying more houses in the next 5 years or so and that will keep a strong demand for housing

When urban-dwelling millennials start having children, and those children become adolescents.I know one non-millionaire family who stayed in NYC for the adolescence of their children. 

If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.

Also guys- I guess I'm biased again on this, but hear me out....After spending some time on bigger pockets you'll notice that Millennials are obviously interested in real estate.  

David, I guess that's why so many millennials are moving to San Antonio because of the the huge difference in price to buy a home.

Demography is definitely one of main factors, so we are talking about two main demographics for apartment complex : Millennials and baby-boomers.According to the research,Millennials,young professionals, given their financial profile and lifestyle preference, will prefer small units in walkable urban neighborhood.
