Its not a party at my jobsites but I hear the contractors singing from time to time to the music from their radio.

Following the trends with Brip and Fountain Square, I think it's a matter of figuring out where the artists are putting their work spaces and galleries for First Friday these days (and/or where the local music is happening).

There was one sushi place (now defunct) where the chances of food poisoning were 50/50, a Mexican place with slightly better odds (also defunct), Gunbarrel Deli back when it was owned by nazis, the King Soopers, and that's literally it.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).

I believe with the right advertisement and putting on big events like a mud fest and a country music festival I can triple the income in 2 years.

Not the goal, certainly, but it would help keep the lights on and the music playing.

Hearing that you use it in those ways is music to my ears!

So let's add the poorest Americans and their landlords to the list of people feeling the squeeze as our fearless administration pushes forward on its quest to keep out the Mexicans.
