As an insurance broker I find small business owners with income tax issues all the time.I recommend SEP IRA (funded with an indexed annuity with a 10% bonus on first years premium), 412i, a Koegh plan, or safeharbor 401k.Most Americans dont start paying themselves until Thursday or Friday due to the amount of taxes on everything, deducting retirement contributions is a way to gain back one of those days.

@Karen Margrave thx for the reply, I have had numerous credit card offers in the mail, just like im sure everyone else has I know real estate has a lot to do with leverage and having mortgage debts, when it comes to personal finance I just always believed if you cant pay cash you cant afford it, I guess I just need to change my philosphy in life, and get a credit card, I just never believed in the ripoff adjusting extremely high interest rates most americans get in trouble with.

ASHI's website (American Association of Home Inspectors) has only ONE inspector listed, and I wasn't impressed with the credentials when I checked the website (too vague data on experience, previous trades, etc).So I currently have 3 options to choose from:Inspector #1 (found from TAREI - Texas assoc of real estate inspectors): on BBB since 1993, A+ rated.
