Will this deal impact how you approach CRE investing?

You'll be surprised how a few lenders are smoking the competition.

How long have you been specializing as an Investor Agent, and do you find yourself underwriting deals for your clients? 

We were tired of renting and didn't know what we were doing at the time.

So I've been wanting too go out a network with investors and loaners/lenders but I don't know if their is any events that is real estate and commercial real estate investing based events in DC, does anyone know any events in the DMV that is good too join?

That comes with the hurdle of how do you get a US bank account. 

Sometimes you need to know when you can hold em and when its time to fold em and move on.

For me, it has to be a data-driven decision: what is your current NOI, what would be if you replaced the boiler, how much will it cost, and how long will it take to get your money back...If the area and marketing don't warrant central air, I would NOT do conensors right away and just focus on the forced air.
