I’m a little biased but her results speak for themselves she’s consistently one of the top performers in the downtown St Pete Keller Williams office.

Go-to books would be:- Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller- Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat - The BRRRR Rental Property Investment Strategy by David Greene- Rich Dad, Poor Dad by George Kiyosaki If you read these and still don't invest in real estate, you may need a splash of cold water on your face : )

Pick up a copy of Gary Keller's Millionair Real Estate Agent, it is literally the blue print.

I always recommend the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller to new investors.
