Imagine the increase in your holding costs while your property sits without selling, take that money and put it into fixing this.

If they are struggling to pay rent on time now, imagine how difficult it will be around the holidays.

I would imagine people could use it as motivation or just a nice thread to look at and or get news from.

Most people (myself included) can't afford to live here at current price points and I can't imagine how that is sustainable long term.

I imagine there is a NH real estate contract that would be filled out and completed by both parties?

Either way I imagine I would have to re-paint/refinish but painting would be less expensive.
