It is amazing people want commercial deals with no money down that tell me one thing they are not willing to risk anything and not capable of running a business or have any reserves if anything comes up and if the going get rough, they will board a greyhound in the middle of the night forget all about the seller.Joe Gore

@Jason Munck,If you are in the real estate business, you need to go for the commercial card and the chances you will need to personal guarantee the payments and Home Depot and Lowes will check your business credit through Duns and Bradstreet and personal credit through Experian.My experience,Joe Gore
